Submission

Paper abstracts should be submitted by email to pubsic@uu.nl by September 27, 2024. They will be reviewed and decisions notified to authors by 11 October 2024. Full papers are to be submitted to the PUBSIC 2025 website by 15 January 2025.

Submission guidelines for abstracts

The paper submission should contain a cover page and a paper abstract in one single document.

The cover page must include: The title of the proposal, author names, affiliations, address, telephone and email.

Paper proposals should take the form of a 500 word abstract that emphasizes the contribution of the paper to understanding and developing public innovation for societal transformations. The structure should contain: introduction, theoretical Perspective, methods, results, discussion and conclusions. The abstract should clearly highlight the contribution to the literature.

Deadlines

• Extended deadline for abstract submission: 27 September 2024
• Notification of acceptation: 11 October 2024
• Early bird registration deadline: 30 November 2024
• Deadline for late registration: 20 December 2024
• Deadline for final paper submission: 15 January 2025
